A few useful answers.

PomoBreath lives in the menu bar. Click its icon or timer at the top of your screen. Open the data window to review your work, or Settings to change preferences. The dashboard does not open automatically on every launch.

Local focus and recording do not require a PomoBreath account or external sync. Purchase verification and online integrations such as Notion require the relevant network and service.

Check for an active break or a pending reflection. End or skip the break, complete the previous reflection, then choose a new focus area. The next-step field can remain empty.

Calendar blocks span start to end and may include pauses. Actual focus duration excludes pauses. The overview and records use the start date, while Obsidian uses the end date, so sessions crossing midnight can also appear under different dates.

Focus and Agent records are stored on your Mac by default. The current app has no developer-hosted note cloud, behavioral analytics service, or crash-upload service. Enabling Notion sync or sending email creates the corresponding external transfer. Read the privacy policy.

Filter Focus Records or Agent Records in the data window, then export CSV. The file includes all matching results, not just the current page. It does not include every setting, file authorization, or purchase state and is not a one-click backup of the app.

No. Deleting an ended focus record keeps its Agent reports and removes their association. Notion, Obsidian, SQLite, exports, and backups must be managed separately. Uninstalling does not guarantee removal of app data or Keychain entries. Contact support for current-version instructions to clear all local data.

Disabling reception or deleting an ended focus session does not immediately delete Agent reports. Unlinked ordinary reports older than seven days are removed through explicit cleanup in settings, not merely by opening the list. The current version has no individual-delete control for ordinary Agent reports.

Local saving and external sync are separate. Once a reflection is saved on your Mac, a sync failure does not undo it or interrupt your break. Check the destination status, directory permissions, and network before retrying. Do not delete local records to repair sync.

Check the authorized directory and filename pattern, then create the relevant Daily Note in Obsidian. PomoBreath writes only to existing notes. A session crossing midnight uses its end date.

These are not two-way integrations. Normal sync uses a snapshot taken at completion; later local edits and deletions do not automatically overwrite external records. Check the scope before rebuilding: the new destination uses completed records still present locally at that time, and the old destination is retained.

Not necessarily. Check Pro access, the reception switch, configuration directory, and tool hooks, then let the main Agent finish a task. A successful local diagnostic is not a real callback test. Subagent or unmatched events are not received as ordinary main-session records. See the setup guide.

Reflections are never submitted automatically. You select, insert, edit, and confirm the text first. Original Agent responses are not implicitly attached to the three sync destinations. Any text you adopt into a reflection follows the sync settings you enable.

Timers, focus areas, reflections, next steps, manual entries, history, overview, export, and built-in break effects. Pro adds the focus calendar, new Agent capture, custom break animations, and automatic sync. Pro expiration does not delete saved records.

Annual renews automatically; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. They currently provide the same Pro software access.

After purchasing Lifetime, you can use PomoBreath Pro features permanently, including the Pro features available at the time of purchase and future Pro features explicitly included in the Lifetime entitlement.

Lifetime does not include separately paid third-party services, external API usage fees, cloud resource costs, or other independently charged services. The applicable features and charges are described on the relevant service pages.

Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and pricing are shown in the app and Apple's confirmation screen. A trial is not guaranteed for every account.

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and choose Restore Purchases on the PomoBreath Pro page. Check your connection and complete any authentication Apple requests. This restores valid access, not deleted local records. If the issue remains, contact support with the symptoms, without passwords or full payment details.

Cancel Annual in Apple's subscription management. Cancellation generally preserves a paid period, except for cases such as refunds or revocation. Uninstalling or buying Lifetime does not cancel Annual. Follow Apple's cancellation instructions. Request refunds at Report a Problem; outcomes follow Apple's process and applicable law.

When Pro expires, new Pro operations pause and local records remain. Restoring access does not automatically capture or sync content that was not accepted while access was unavailable. Retained sync tasks follow their existing status.
